Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, partner Emmanuel Vital-Durand specialises in public law. He focuses on regulatory and operational urban planning, the development of the public domain and institutional matters. He acts for public institutions and real estate operators in the implementation of complex projects requiring the intervention of local and national administrations. In this context, he also carries out a significant litigation activity throughout France.
He assists numerous project owners in the development and implementation of their projects. He also advises local authorities on the conclusion and execution of contracts relating to the development of their public or private property. It also monitors major development projects whose completion is linked to the intervention of national and local administrations: restructuring of the Gare d'Austerlitz on behalf of the construction group (120,000 m² with the associated real estate programme), completion of the Lyon-Turin rail link on behalf of the public contracting authority (EUR 8 billion), development of the PSG training centre in Poissy (78), development of logistics centres throughout France (Loiret, Eure-et-Loir, Paris region, etc.).
Emmanuel Vital-Durand regularly drafts and publishes articles in his fields of expertise, and is a lecturer at Master's level in urban law at Paris XIII University.
