Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Gide counsel Elisa Bocianowska specialises in real estate law. Elisa has developed an expertise in relation to the acquisition of real estate portfolios and real estate companies, construction and property development law and specialises particularly in commercial lease agreements. Elisa also has a substantial litigation practice, acting in cases covering all areas of real estate law and particularly commercial leases.
Elisa advises French and foreign investors at all stages of their real estate investments, from the construction and property development operations, in the acquisition of buildings and real estate companies, until their disposal, but also in the negotiation of partnerships or rental management of their properties.
Elisa also advises large retailers or major end users.
Recent experience includes advising a major furniture retailer during its restructuration process and the disposal of a dozen of its properties, American and French real estate investment funds in the acquisition of portfolios including several shopping centres in France and in Poland, as well as European investment funds in the acquisition of offices premises. Elisa has also advised several investors in pending litigations or during the renegotiation process of significant commercial leases.
