Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 advises governments, international financial institutions and sponsors in implementing their infrastructure and real estate projects, mostly in Africa. Constance is regularly involved in the development and financing of new projects in the tourism and leisure sector in sub-Saharan Africa.
In April 2020, Constance actively contributed to the creation of Gide's African Debt taskforce, which provides African governments and African financial institutions with an integrated service offering for any public debt assignment. This taskforce established the first Think Tank dedicated to African debt: A new ROAD (A New Round-Table On African Debt), committed to the sustainability of public debt and the financing of economic recovery, which contributed to Gide being awarded "Most Innovative Law Firm in Europe (non-UK) 2021" by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe 2021.
Constance graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master's degree in French business law and LL.M in business law in Arabic countries) and from HEC Paris (specialized master in law and international management).
