Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Claire Almela mainly acts in public business law within Gide's Public Law, Energy & Environment team in Paris.
She assists public entities and private operators in the definition and implementation of their complex projects and arrangements in various sectors of activity, in particular those of public services, construction and electronic communications.
She frequently advises and litigates on the award and execution of public contracts (public contracts, concessions, administrative long leases, agreements for the occupation of public land, etc.).
Claire holds Master's degrees in advanced public law and in public law from Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University. She speaks French and English.
