Charles-Henri Leger specialises in industrial property, antitrust, unfair competition, advertising, and distribution law, as well as investment in, and business relations with, East Asia, especially China. He has substantial experience in international projects, in sectors such as energy, transportation and water treatment. On the basis of his long practice of industrial property matters, he has developed a specific expertise in the technology aspects of international contracts such as industrial franchise or cooperation, joint development of products or processes.
His practice also encompasses aerospace and defence-related matters, including advising on investment, cooperation and contracts pertaining to the production or maintenance of specific equipment and products.
He initiated Gide's development in China-related activities and retains a China practice in liaison with Gide's China offices.
Charles-Henri graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines, Paris (1978).
