Brian Martin is a member of Gide's Tax practice group. He has significant experience in French and international corporate tax, and his practice covers all aspects of tax pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, complex restructuring matters and real estate transactions. Brian works with French and foreign investors and executives on tax issues related to their income and structuring their investments.
Brian joined the firm in 2019 after four years within law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and three years at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. He holds a Master's degree in corporate business law and taxation from Jean Moulin University in Lyon, and a Master's degree in international management and law from HEC School of Management.
