Ariane Fleuriot is admitted to the Paris Bar and an associate in Gide's Dispute Resolution practice group. She advises French and foreign listed and unlisted companies on compliance and risk management issues (implementation and review of anti-corruption compliance programmes in accordance with the Sapin II law: codes of conduct, professional alert procedures, anti-corruption training, etc.).
She also assists companies in internal investigations, and participates in the preparation of their defence before civil, commercial and criminal courts. She also acts in criminal and commercial cases.
Ariane holds a Master's degree in Business Law (2014-2015) and Banking and Finance Law (2015-2016) from the University of Panthéon-Assas, and an LL.M. in International Litigation from King's College London (2016-2017). She joined Gide after two years with Debevoise & Plimpton and several internships in other law firms (Jeantet, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel).
She speaks French and English.
