Apolline Couderc is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, stock exchange law and mergers & acquisitions.

Apolline recently advised Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation on the acquisition of Bureau Veritas' food testing business, the board of directors of Believe in connection with the public tender offer initiated by the TCV-EQT-Denis Ladegaillerie consortium, Artémis on the acquisition of Royalement Vôtre Editions, and FG Bros on the acquisition of a stake in La Rosée Cosmétique.

Apolline is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law, Institut de Droit des Affaires) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Business and Tax Law). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
