Associate Alan Sournac joined Gide’s Tax practice group in 2017. He specialises in French and international tax issues for both companies and private individuals, covering in particular M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and real estate tax.
Alan completed a 5-month secondment in Gide’s London office in 2020.
He holds a Magistère DJCE in Business law from the University of Montpellier (2015), a Master’s degree in Business and Tax law from the University of Montpellier (2015) and a national postgraduate DJCE diploma in Tax law (2015). He also holds a Magister Juris (LL.M.) from the University of Oxford (Regent’s Park) (2017).
He speaks both French and English.
