Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Agnieszka Nosowicz is an associate within the Competition and International Trade practice group. She specialises in international trade defence instrument (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard procedures) and European and WTO law.
Agnieszka's expertise covers European Union and third countries trade defence law (Morocco, GCC), European export control and trade sanctions rules, as well as disputes before European Courts.
She successfully assisted the European industry of graphite electrodes in an interim review of anti-dumping measures against India as well as Spanish ceramic industry in a GCC anti-dumping procedure. In addition, she advised clients on trade related issues such as WTO compliance and and EU environmental regulations.
Agnieszka holds a Master's Degree (Master 2) in European and International Commercial Law from Paris Dauphine University and a Master in Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Exeter.
