The seminar, which was hosted by the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), was notably attended by BAC Deputy Secretary-General Chen Fuyong. Also in attendance were arbitrators involved in cross-border business, as well as representatives of BAC member law firms and Chinese corporations with international investments.
