Pierre Karpik est associé, membre de la ligne de métiers Fusions-Acquisitions / Droit des sociétés. Ses activités recouvrent les fusions-acquisitions, le private equity et le droit des sociétés.
Pierre intervient plus particulièrement dans des dossiers de capital-risque et de capital-investissement, notamment dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies, aussi bien comme conseil d'investisseurs (OTC Asset Management, A Plus Finance, 360 Capital Partners, Idinvest, Ventech, R Capital Management…) que de sociétés émettrices (PriceMinister, Fortunéo, MeilleursAgents, BlaBla Car, Drivy…). Il accompagne les investisseurs et les sociétés de croissance, lors des levées de fonds, de leurs restructurations, de leurs opérations de croissance externe et lors de leur sortie.
Pierre a conservé des liens étroits avec l'école des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) et, à ce titre, y assure une formation sur le capital risque.
