We offer three month training programmes throughout the year during which trainees are actively involved in the life of the Firm. The same opportunities are offered to associates who are often selected from among those trainees that have shown the greatest promise during their training period.

Applicants for positions as associates will have passed the Bar Examination or already been admitted to the Bar in another country.

Candidates who have completed their legal education by attending additional courses at well-known business or other schools, or in foreign universities or colleges, are particularly appreciated.

A very good command of English is essential and a knowledge of one or more other foreign languages is an advantage, particularly those of the countries in which the Firm has offices.

Associates are free to develop their own clients.

All associates are eligible to become partners after eight to ten years service with the Firm.
