The Firm has intervened in the securitisation of many types of receivables: credit card receivables, trade receivables (national and pan-European transactions), mortgage receivables (CMBS and RMBS), interbank receivables, doubtful receivables, future receivables, etc. It has also been involved in the setting up of innovating securitisation transactions: synthetic, tangible assets, whole business and securitisation buy outs.
The Securitisation Group is composed of 9 partners and 25 associates located in the London, New York and Paris Offices and having extensive expertise in the English, US and French legal aspects of securitisation transactions.
