Gide Loyrette Nouel's lawyers offer advice on all forms of contracts, especially concessions and BOTs. They regularly act for bidders, banks and governments to help them carry out projects, often the first of their kind in the country. They support them at all stages in the transaction, from the tender offer right up to the beginning of the operation.
Gide Loyrette Nouel has also gained widely-recognised know-how in drafting and negotiating turnkey construction and EPC contracts and operations contracts, acting for contractors and concession companies. It also has experience in setting up complex financial schemes for French and foreign financial institutions.
