The Firm has also developed special skills and expertise in some of its clients' business sectors. It has formed specialist work groups to assist German companies, airlines, pharmaceutical and cosmetics laboratories, motor vehicle distributors, energy sector and agricultural and agri-food sector companies. In addition to their expertise in competition and distribution law, the lawyers in these work groups also contribute an in-depth knowledge of the particularities of these businesses and the specific regulations that apply in these sectors.
The lawyers specialising in economic and European law act in both an advisory capacity and as litigators before both the French and Community courts. They also work on questions of competition and distribution law arising during the handling of client matters by other work groups in the Firm, especially legal due diligence on distribution networks, the notification of concentrations occurring through acquisitions or company restructuring transactions, and in arbitration matters.
