Its expertise covers a wide range of areas, including civil and commercial aviation, and the operation and maintenance of helicopters and aircraft.
The Firm regularly advises on aviation insurance and reinsurance claims and all aspects of aviation liability, including: passenger, baggage and cargo claims, third party claims, aircraft damage and hull claims. It has advised several major airlines and their insurers on the liability arising from major air accidents, including both civil claims and criminal corporate liability.
