Gide Loyrette Nouel has a long standing and recognized experience in arbitration which has always been a strong element of its practice.
The Firm has a specialised team, dedicated to arbitration which has now become the normal mechanism of resolving international disputes. The members of this team assist the clients of the Firm at all stages of the arbitral process, including the drafting of arbitration agreements, the conduct of pre-litigation negotiations and the design of litigation strategies, the representation and advocating during the arbitral procedure, the use of domestic courts to assist the arbitral process, seek interim relief and enforce the arbitral awards.
The Firm has a detailed knowledge and experience of the main arbitration rules. A number of its members are also acting as arbitrators.
