The Employment Law Department provides legal assistance and advice regarding all employment contract-related matters, including drafting, monitoring and terminating employment contracts.
The Employment Law Department tailors employment contracts to meet each client's needs. It prepares and drafts specific employment contracts (fixed-term, secondment and executive employment contracts, etc.). It assists clients amend employment contracts.
It also assists clients at each stage of the termination process: determining the grounds for dismissal, producing supporting documents, drawing up dismissal timetables, preparing the various documents required as part of the dismissal process, monitoring the dismissal process. It also advises clients on legal procedures applying to the dismissal of employees benefiting from special protection against dismissal.
