The Employment Law Department assists clients throughout the organisation of the electoral process, which is strictly governed by law.

Staff representative bodies
The Employment Law Department advises clients on their daily relations with staff representative bodies, in particular, regarding the preparation of reports, which must be communicated to staff representatives on a regular basis or in the scope of important operations.

Collective negotiation
The Employment Law Department helps clients manage their relations with trade union representatives appointed within their companies by representative trade unions and in more specific cases with the elected staff representative bodies (usually the works council), in particular by the conclusion of collective agreements.
