Since 1985, Gide Loyrette Nouel has been advising ISDA for close-out netting and collateral French legal opinions to members and, since 2004, is also acting as its counsel on financial regulations in France.
Our team is also acting as the French adviser to several banking and professional market associations publishing standard documentation for financial market transactions and frequently advises market authorities on draft financial regulations.
