Backed by long-standing experience in the area of trade practices and price transparency, the Economic and European Law Department acts regularly for suppliers of goods and services, but also resellers, in the drafting of their general terms and conditions of sale, their price lists and scale charges, their commercial co-operation agreements and/or their general terms and conditions of purchase.
The Department deals with matters concerning the terms on which price reductions and/or remuneration for commercial co-operation are granted and issues with regard to invoicing and sales at a loss.
It is also active in product and supplier listing and delisting cases and, in general, cases involving the termination of an established commercial relationship.
The Department has an in-depth knowledge of disputes involving discriminatory practices and abuses of economic dependency due to purchasing power or dominance of the supply market.
