The M&A Department has extensive experience advising banks and issuers in France and abroad on equity offers and equity linked capital market transactions, whether it is a stock exchange listing or subsequent public offering.

For offers with placements in the United States, the Department benefits from the support of our London Office which has English and U.S. law capacity in capital markets.

The Department is also active in creating customised financial products (stapled shares, tracking stocks, etc.) and share block structured sale transactions in close co-operation with the Firm’s Tax and Finance / Project Finance Departments.
