The Financial Institutions and Services Group has extensive experience in banking and financial regulatory and investment management, including the licensing process of regulated companies, structured products or their distribution. It also assists its regulated clients for their post-market activities (clearing, settlement and delivery, custody).
The Group intervenes on corporate transactions for the setting up or the restructuring of regulated entities in France. It has very close contacts with the French authorities and administration (Ministry of Finance, Banque de France, Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Paris Stock Exchange), as well as professional associations (FBF, AFEI, AFG, AFTI).
The Group has also significant experience in the financial disciplinary or civil litigation.
