The Department has extensive experience in sales and acquisitions, setting up joint ventures, defining the terms and devising the requisite structures for transactions, performing, with the support of the other departments of the Firm, legal due diligence on target companies, drafting and negotiating agreements and carrying the transaction through to completion.
