The Economic and European Law Department advises various clients involved in the electricity, gas and renewable energy sectors.
It assists with the drafting and negotiation of agreements. It has advised a number of clients with their wind-generated power projects (drafting of leases of land for wind turbine sites, the set up or take-over of development companies, town and country planning consents, energy law, etc.).
