The Employment Law Department has renowned expertise in relation to employment-related crime (illegal assignment of employees, illegal employment, employment of foreigners in France, work-related accidents, discrimination, non-compliance with rules relating to running staff representative bodies).

The Department acts on their behalf in French and foreign criminal courts from the initial stages of inspections by the labor inspectorate, during police and judicial investigations right up to the trial stage.

It is also experienced in advising directors faced with criminal prosecution in connection with acts of corporate governance.
