The Criminal and Commercial Litigation Department is very active in the area of distribution law.
The work of the Department involves advising clients in agreement drafting and setting up distribution networks. It assists in any disputes that may arise during the performance of such agreements and on their termination.
The Criminal and Commercial Litigation Department acts for companies operating in the automobile industry (vehicle manufacturers, equipment suppliers, tyre manufacturers) and a multitude of companies which sell their products via distribution or franchise networks.
