The Firm's practice in Asia is handled by a team of some 70 lawyers operating out of five offices: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The Firm has been actively present on the Asian market for some 20 years. Its team works closely with local lawyers and correspondents based in other Asian countries.
In Asia, Gide Loyrette Nouel’s activities are coordinated by partners and heads of office in each office within the area; they work together with partners based in Paris. The Firm is thus able to assist clients with complex transactions requiring the organisation of multi-disciplinary teams comprising specialist lawyers based in various offices.
