The Warsaw Office has a vast and rich experience in the area of intellectual property rights in Poland. The Warsaw Office closely cooperates with certain renowned patent agent offices in Poland, which, upon request of and in collaboration with our Office, conduct proceedings connected with the registration of trademarks, patents and industrial designs with the Polish Patent Office, as well as with the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market in Alicante.



The Warsaw Office has an extensive experience in the area of bankruptcy law. It provides legal advice to its clients with regard to:
- filing a petition for declaring bankruptcy of a debtor and representing a creditor in the course of bankruptcy proceedings
- seizing the assets of a debtor in the course of bankruptcy proceedings
- acquiring dependent companies following the declaration of bankruptcy of the dominant company
- bankruptcy proceedings instituted upon demand of a creditor of one of the largest companies in Poland
- applying for the first time in Poland for European bankruptcy proceedings instituted and conducted by a foreign court to be extended to a Polish company and acquisition of the assets of the bankrupt company by a client.
