GLN opened its Moscow office in 1993 and its Saint Petersburg office in 2009. It currently has a staff of 35 lawyers and legal consultants whose working languages include Russian, English, French, Spanish and German.
GLN Russia can assist clients anywhere in Russia, and in most of the former Soviet states with, where required, the assistance of a network of local legal agents with which it has established longstanding relationships. The team’s structure allows it to offer comprehensive legal advice to investors or companies already settled in Russia. All members of the team are equally capable of satisfying the expectations of their international clients while coping with the cultural and legal realities in Russia.
The Firm’s specialised teams in Paris and London provide assistance wherever the needs of a particular file require it. The St. Petersburg Office often works together with other Gide Loyrette Nouel offices, especially those in Central and Eastern Europe.
