The Riyadh Office, managed by partner Waleed N. Al-Nuwaiser, an English-speaking Saudi lawyer, has a team of Arab and international lawyers. They advise foreign investors, private companies and Saudi public institutions on the tax and legal aspects of their investments. They represent them in Saudi courts wherever litigation arises.

The team also advises clients on the legislations of neighbouring countries, especially the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq and Egypt.

Since the Office was created, it has played a key role in several major transactions, especially concessions and BOTs.
