Gide Loyrette Nouel London is one of the largest specialist finance practices in the UK, bringing together English, US and French capital markets, finance and banking lawyers in one integrated platform. Tax advice is provided by a dedicated team with wide experience of structuring complex international finance transactions. During 2007, Gide London launched a common law International Dispute Resolution practice and a Mining, Oil & Gas group.
In five years Gide London has trebled in size to over 55 lawyers, including ten resident partners. Finance is our primary focus. Gide is regularly ranked amongst the top 10 law firms in European Capital Markets by Thomson Reuters and as high as 2nd for International Debt and Investment Grade Corporate Debt, and 3rd for International Securitisation.
