The Hong Kong Office combines English, Hong Kong, New York, PRC and French law capabilities and forms part of Gide Loyrette Nouel’s integrated Asia practice. The team is led by
Rebecca Silli and represents clients on corporate law and M&A, foreign direct investment, infrastructure projects, and offers clients a wide range of services in banking and finance through its
Asia Banking & Finance Group.
The Asia Banking & Finance Group, headed by Balbir Bindra, with Chris Mead
on New York law governed matters, advises commercial and investment banks, investors and sponsors including governments, governmental agencies and multilateral organisations in structuring and implementing financing in all sectors, including: power generation; infrastructure; mining, oil & gas; utilities and transportation. The team’s main practice areas are banking, project finance and structured finance.
