The Brussels Office's widely-recognised experience covers all branches of EC competition law. Mergers, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, State aids, monopolies and abolitions of State monopolies, distribution law. |

The Office includes highly specialized experts on international economic law and WTO. - Antidumping proceedings, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures, import and export regimes, market liberalisation and regulations on international trade in goods and services, Trade Barriers Regulation (TBR). |

The Office is one of the few firms with substantial experience in the agriculture business, at local, European and international levels. - Subsidies and market regulations, health standards, food safety, labelling, labels of origin. |

Outside of its three main focus groups, the Office : - is present in several areas: public procurement contracts, telecommunications, new technologies, environmental law, transport law, banking and financial services; - represents clients before the Court of First Instance and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg; - assists Eastern and Central European corporations and governments in implementing the Acquis Communautaire; - advises on public tender contracts from the EC. |
