Gide Loyrette Nouel Brussels provides top-rate advice on EC law. The practice is organised into 3 focus groups: competition (mergers, antitrust, State aids), international trade (antidumping, anti-subsidies, safeguards and WTO) and EU regulatory law (including agriculture and food law).
The Brussels Office includes 20 lawyers from six different nationalities.The Brussels group works closely with other teams, especially the Economic and European Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Departments based in Paris and the 23 other offices worldwide. For some forty years, its lawyers have been providing clients with outstanding legal support, due to their expertise and networks of personal contacts within the European institutions.
The Office advises a wide range of French and international clients in the private sector (industrial and distribution groups, service providers, banks and professional organisations) as well as the public sector (administrative bodies, international organisations, foreign governments).
