7 February 2005 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises JCDecaux in China in the completion of an exclusive association agreement with the Shanghai airport authority :
The firm Gide Loyrette Nouel recently advised JCDecaux in setting up a joint company together with Shanghai airport authority and the media company Momentum. JCDecaux is the leading external communications company in Europe, and the second leading world-wide.
The newly formed company will manage indoors and outdoors advertising space in Shanghai’s two airports; the exclusive agreement covers the largest advertising surface ever. The joint venture should generate € 490 million in sales over fifteen years.
JCDecaux will be running the new company, which will aim to expand its activities towards other airports in the area. |
