10 February 2006 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advised France Telecom and Canal+ Group on the sale of their equity stake in the cable operator Ypso Holding:

Gide Loyrette Nouel advised France Telecom and Canal+ Group on the sale of their stake in the capital of Ypso Holding (i.e. each owns a 20% interest in the company) in equal shares, to the Cinven-Altice consortium.

France Telecom and Canal+ Group owned these interests following the sale, in March 2005, of their cable network businesses to the Ypso Holding group.
