3 October 2011 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on the sale of Telefonia DIALOG:

Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., one of the world's largest copper and silver producers, on the sale of 100% of the shares (19,598,000) in Telefonia DIALOG S.A. to Netia S.A.

The transaction was valued at PLN 945 million (approximately EUR 236 million).

Dariusz Tokarczuk, partner in charge of Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw, stated, “Coming after Polkomtel, this is a further sale of shares by KGHM in the telecommunications sector that Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised on.”
