26 January 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel bolsters its Warsaw Office with the arrival of M&A partner, Jean-Christophe Valette:
Jean-Christophe Valette has left Paris to join the Warsaw office, strengthening the M&A expertise, alongside the partners Dariusz Tokarczuk and Robert Jędrzejczyk. He will be replacing Bertrand Oldra, resident partner, who has come back to the Real Estate team in Paris after 4 years in Poland.
Jean-Christophe joined GLN in Paris in 1990 and has been a partner with Gide Loyrette Nouel’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Law Department since 1994. He advises French & foreign (especially German and North American) companies in the field of acquisitions and reorganisations, general corporate law matters and litigation. He will no doubt bring his expertise to a very dynamic team of 50 lawyers in GLN's Warsaw office.
Jean-Christophe Valette was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1985. He graduated in Law from the Paris University in 1982, where he also received a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Tax Law in 1984. He speaks fluent French, English and German.
