16 June 2008 - A double for Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw: finalisation of 2 acquisitions for Leroy Merlin and Feu Vert:
Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw has just closed two acquisitions in Poland. Firstly, Gide advised the Adéo group on the acquisition by its Polish subsidiary company, Leroy Merlin, of the whole activity of Conforama Poland, for a price that emphasises the enterprise value of the company at 45 million Euros. The purchaser was advised by partner Bertrand Oldra together with associates Julien Hollier, Szymon Chwalinski and Blazej Czwarok.
Secondly, Gide assisted the Feu Vert group on the acquisition of a network of repair and maintenance stations for Shell Autoserv vehicles in Poland, from the Shell group. Through this acquisition, Feu Vert has more than doubled the number of its establishments in Poland. The Feu Vert group was advised by a team led by Julien Hollier.
