20 September 2006 - Fakher Ben Salem joins the Tunis office of Gide Loyrette Nouel as a legal consultant to strengthen the Firm's corporate law practice:

Fakher Ben Salem practised for more than twenty years as a member of a major law firm before joining Gide Loyrette Nouel Tunisia.

He has acquired skills and expertise in various areas of private law, especially corporate law, banking and finance and employment law. Over the last few years, he has been involved in various major privatisation transactions and share block sales in the finance, industry, agriculture and food and service sectors.

With a postgraduate degree (DEA) in labour and employment law and a higher research doctorate in private law from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse, Fakher Ben Salem, a certified university lecturer since 2002, is also a senior research lecturer at the University of Tunis El Manar.
