28 January 2008 - Gide Loyrette Nouel, legal counsel to Warner Music France on its acquisition of Jean-Claude Camus Productions:
Gide Loyrette Nouel advised Warner Music France, a French subsidiary of the US record company Warner Music Group, on its acquisition of Jean-Claude Camus Productions, one of the leading live event production and promotion companies in France. This agreement reflects the desire of Warner Music France to extend and diversify the creative opportunities for its artists.
Jean-Claude Camus has been producing live events for numerous French artists since 1957. It has also produced musical theatre productions and concerts for foreign artists. Jean-Claude Camus is also manager of the Porte Saint-Martin Theatre in Paris (which is not part of the acquisition).
