Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Société du Grand Paris (the Greater Paris development body) on signing a "green" lease for its future head office at "Le Cézanne", a building owned by property development company Silic, in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis.

The lease, for 2,224 sq. m of office space in a building awaiting "NF Bâtiments Tertiaires Démarche HQE" (High Environmental Quality) certification, includes a green annex as defined by the "Grenelle II" (the "French Green New Deal”) law and has been drawn up in anticipation of the forthcoming decree on the subject.
