1 December 2009 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises Siclaé on its EUR 107 million capital increase:

On 16 November 2009, Siclaé*, the holding company of an agro-industrial farm crop commodities processing group announced the launch of a capital increase of approximately EUR 107 million. This operation is open solely to the agricultural cooperative shareholders of Siclaé, their members and employees, and to the employees of Siclaé's subsidiaries. 
                                 
The share subscription period opened on 17 November 2009 and will close on 26 February 2010.  

The purpose of this capital increase is to strengthen Siclaé's equity capital and to allow members of Siclaé's cooperative shareholders, Siclaé employees, cooperatives and some of their subsidiaries to be directly involved with the development of the processing activities and to benefit from the added value of those activities in which they play such a crucial role.  

Gide Loyrette Nouel advised Siclaé on this operation with a team comprising Hugues Mathez (partner), Stéphane Jaffré and Savéria Laforce.
