6 June 2007 - Ramsbury AB has just purchased the entity that owns the building situated at 119/121, avenue des Champs Elysées in Paris; Gide Loyrette Nouel, legal counsel to the seller:

This Haussmann-style building, with a surface area of around 7,300 m² of office and shop space, will be the site, next autumn, of the largest Nespresso store in the world (more than 1,500 m²). 
 
For the purposes of this transaction, the seller was advised by the Real Estate Transactions and Financing Department of Gide Loyrette Nouel (Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, partner, and Hugues Moreau, associate).
