1 December 2011 - Gide Loyrette Nouel advises RREEF on the acquisition and financing of the Sigma office building at Saint-Ouen:

Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised RREEF Real Estate, the real estate investment division of Deutsche Bank Asset Management, on the acquisition on behalf of its open-ended property fund Grundsbesitz Europa of the Sigma office building at Saint-Ouen, near Paris, from Groupe Generali for EUR 98.75 millions.

The building has been awarded the HQE Exploitation sustainability certification and provides 18,000 sq. m. of office space at 23 rue des Bateliers in the "Docks" business development district of Saint-Ouen. Since its delivery in 2009 it has been leased to Alstom Transport.

The team at Gide Loyrette Nouel was led by partner Christopher Szostak assisted by Carole Rousseau-Steimlé for the acquisition aspects and Hélène Lefèbvre for financing issues.

RREEF was advised by Allez et Associés, with a team comprising Etienne Pichat and Vincent Audoir.

The vendor was advised by Dauchez, Panhard, Deneuville et Dallée and Jones Lang Lasalle who handled the operation as part of a joint exclusive mandate with Catella Property.
