1 April 2008 - Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris advises on the Public-Private Partnership of the Intermunicipal Hospital Centre of Annemasse-Bonneville (France):

On the 20th of March 2008, the Eiffage Group signed a long-term hospital leasing agreement, for the design, construction, operation and the financing of the new hospital in Annemasse-Bonneville. This new 445 bed hospital will unite in one single place all of the different services that the hospital provides that are currently separated over two different sites.

The project is at the same time the object of financing put in place by Dexia Credit Local, HSBC France and the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc as arrangers. The total of the transaction stands at 180 million Euros.  

The arrangers were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel. The team was composed of associate Mathilde Bonnet, as well as partners Eric Cartier-Millon and Thomas Courtel.
