28 November 2011 - Gide Loyrette Nouel expands around its historic Paris base by moving into new premises at 22, Cours Albert Ier:

Gide Loyrette Nouel has taken out a lease on 7,300 sq. m. (80,700 sq. ft.) of new premies at 22, Cours Albert Ier in the 8th district of Paris to bring together the whole Paris team at a single site.

No. 22, Cours Albert Ier has been completely renovated and now meets the criteria of the French "HQE" (High Environmental Quality) green standard for refurbishments and new buildings.

Gide Loyrette Nouel retains its historic address at 26, Cours Albert Ier and now occupies four communicating buildings which provide a total area of 23,000 sq. m. (247,000 sq. ft.) to accommodate the 700 members of the Paris office, including over 350 lawyers.

This reorganisation improves efficiency and dialogue at Gide Loyrette Nouel and, with the Firm's reputation for professional excellence and commitment to best serving its clients, contributes to the high added value it has been providing since it was founded in 1920.

Pierre Raoul-Duval, Senior Partner at the Firm, notes: "As our teams have grown in numbers, Gide Loyrette Nouel has successfully expanded while remaining loyal to our traditions and historic base. I am delighted to see that this new organisation shows our commitment to our values and underpins the high level of excellence we own to our clients."
