Gide Loyrette Nouel is advising Groupe Monnoyeur on the sale of BM Location to Kiloutou. BM Location, the equipment rental business of Groupe Monnoyeur and France's third-largest equipment rental company, employs 600 people across its network of 85 branches.

This acquisition takes place alongside a reinvestment by Groupe Monnoyeur in Kiloutou's share capital.

This transaction is subject to the prior authorisation of the competition authorities.
